If nutrition services are not covered, you are welcome to self-pay. I accept credit and debit payments.

I offer packages to self-pay clients.

Packages are a great way to ensure accountability and save on cost per session.

Can I book an in-person session?

Nutritiouslee provides virtual nutrition counseling only, delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

How should I prepare for my first session?

Come ready to discuss your typical eating habits, lifestyle, health goals, and any challenges you face. Having recent food logs or a general idea of your daily routine is helpful but not required.

How frequently will we meet?

Frequency depends on your goals and needs. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may meet every few weeks. We’ll create a schedule together that provides ongoing support, accountability, and motivation without overwhelming your schedule.

How long should I see a dietitian?

It depends on your goals and medical needs. While some clients may only need one or two sessions, most work with me for 3-6 months to see lasting progress. Ongoing support is key since we focus on both nutrition education and behavior change, . Follow-up sessions provide guidance, accountability, and motivation to help you stay on track. We’ll discuss what follow-up schedule is best for you at your first appointment.

Do you work with children or teens?

At this time, I focus on adolescent and adult nutrition. Please contact me if you’re unsure whether my services are a fit for your child.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This ensures your spot can be offered to someone else and helps keep your plan on track. See our Terms of Service for more information.

Do you provide meal plans?

I focus on personalized nutrition guidance rather than one-size-fits-all meal plans. We’ll build personalized and practical strategies that fit your lifestyle, food preferences, and health goals. I often provide sample recipes, meal ideas, and portion guidance during our sessions.

Will we track my weight?

Tracking weight is optional. My approach prioritizes sustainable habits and overall wellness rather than just numbers on a scale. If weight tracking is part of your goals, we can incorporate it thoughtfully and respectfully.

Is nutrition counseling confidential?

All sessions are private and HIPAA-compliant. Your health information is protected and will only be shared with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
